📍 Domestic Shipping (within Saudi Arabia)

  • Carrier: Saudi Post (SPL)

  • Delivery Time: Estimated 3 to 9 business days

  • Tracking: All shipments include a tracking number via SPL

🌍 International Shipping

  • Carrier: Saudi Post International (SPL)

  • Delivery Time: Estimated 15 to 30 business days depending on the destination

  • Customs: Any duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient

All shipping is conducted in compliance with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s postal and trade regulations.


🔄 Returns & Replacements

We take great pride in the quality and packaging of our sun-dried, preservative-free organic dates. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help.

✅ Eligible Returns

  • Returns are only accepted in cases of damage or product defect.

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos of the package and product.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect.

  • Opened or consumed products are not eligible for return.
